Infertility is a complex and emotionally challenging issue that affects many individuals and couples worldwide. At Brundavan Nursing Home, we understand the impact infertility can have on individuals and families, and we offer a range of compassionate and comprehensive services to help our patients navigate their fertility journey.

  • Diagnostic Evaluation: We begin by conducting a thorough evaluation to identify the underlying causes of infertility. This may involve a detailed medical history review, physical examinations, and specialized tests for both partners, including hormone testing, semen analysis, ovarian reserve testing, imaging studies (such as ultrasound), and other diagnostic procedures as needed. Our goal is to pinpoint any factors contributing to infertility and develop a personalized treatment plan accordingly.

  • Fertility Counseling and Education: We provide counseling and education to our patients to help them understand their fertility options, treatment possibilities, and emotional support resources. Our healthcare team works closely with patients to address their concerns, answer questions, and empower them to make informed decisions about their fertility care.

  • Ovulation Induction: For individuals with irregular ovulation or ovulatory disorders, we offer ovulation induction therapies to stimulate the release of eggs from the ovaries. This may involve the use of oral medications (such as clomiphene citrate or letrozole) or injectable hormones (such as gonadotropins) to regulate ovulation and improve the chances of conception.

  • Intrauterine Insemination (IUI): In cases of unexplained infertility, mild male factor infertility, or cervical factor infertility, intrauterine insemination (IUI) may be recommended. During IUI, sperm is washed and concentrated before being directly inserted into the uterus around the time of ovulation, increasing the likelihood of fertilization.

  • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): IVF is a highly effective assisted reproductive technology that involves the fertilization of eggs with sperm outside the body, followed by the transfer of embryos into the uterus. We offer comprehensive IVF services, including ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, embryo transfer, and embryo freezing (cryopreservation) for future use.

  • Donor Egg, Sperm, or Embryo Services: For individuals or couples facing challenges with egg or sperm quality, we provide access to donor egg, sperm, or embryo services. Donor gametes or embryos can be used in IVF cycles to help patients achieve pregnancy when other treatment options are not feasible or successful.

  • Reproductive Surgery: In cases where structural abnormalities or conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, or tubal blockages are identified as contributing factors to infertility, we offer minimally invasive reproductive surgery to correct these issues and improve fertility outcomes.

  • Genetic Screening and Testing: We offer genetic screening and testing services to assess the risk of hereditary conditions and chromosomal abnormalities that may affect fertility or pregnancy outcomes. Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) may also be recommended to screen embryos for genetic disorders before embryo transfer during IVF.

  • Supportive Care and Counseling: We understand the emotional toll that infertility can take, and we provide comprehensive supportive care and counseling services to help patients cope with the challenges of fertility treatment. We offer emotional support, stress management techniques, and access to support groups and resources to assist patients throughout their fertility journey.
